My order was cancelled, and I paid by Paypal, Will I get a refund?

When purchasing using PayPal, it creates a bit of a challenge. We do collect the funds the day the order is placed. We do put some orders on "HOLD" waiting for credentials. When we cancel an order we do have to manually issue a Paypal refund. We do try an remember to issue refunds, but we are only human, so if we did not issue you a refund, just email or call.
