Eagle top hat badge with one line for engraving and an open panel for applied numbers/letters. Shell back only. The word POLICE and the STAR built into the die and cannot be changed. See models M420 and M420A for more options regarding a center seal and if engraving other than POLICE is needed. The screw post attachment is recommended. The open panel can take a C516E title panel. See model M420 for an example.
