Blackinton A11790 Flood 2008 Commendation Bar (1-3/8" x 5/16")

Unique three section commendation bar with Flood 2008 inscribed in the center section on two lines and on both sides each section contains a star, a great way to recognize recovery efforts and remember the recovery efforts.
