The First Aid Cross is traditionally used by Emergency Medical Service (EMS) units and personnel. This versatile piece can be used as a lapel pin, or use it as a stunning center seal on your badge. The enamel color or your choice can be used, however we are unable to provide items with a red cross and white background due to copyrights owned by the American Red Cross. Also available as 15/16" style A4013 and 11/16" A4014. Minimum order quantity is 2.
